JOB RESPONSIBILTY:
1) Configures, tests, and maintains LAN/WAN equipments and related services.
2) Identifies, diagnoses, and resolves network problems.
3) Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all implemented networks.
4) Provide pre-sales and post- sales technical support.
5) Assist in preparation of proposals and solution presentations.
6) Maintain and support company s LAN/WAN environment.
7) Windows and Linux systems, business applications, anti-virus protection, email, and authentication administration.
8) Daily maintenance and problem resolution, operating system patches and software upgrades, and routine hardware configuration.
9) Obtain and maintain required certifications for partnership with key vendors.
