- Remote monitoring of CentOS, Ubuntu, Windows 2003/2008 & Unix servers
- Pro-active response to Alerts on monitoring tools
- Responding to Tickets / Live Chats
- Identify the root cause and troubeshoot
- Work closely with various teams for early issue closures
- Handle Level2 & Level3 Escalations, and adhere to escalation matrix
- Provide necessary information/observations/logs & all required support to next level for diagnose a reported/escalated problem
