Eye for detail - endeavour to prevent and detect fraudulent Credit card applications; error resolution.
Multi tasking & Problem solving skills with a proactive approach - Pro-actively contact bankers to inform them of the progress of their customers loan application via the appropriate systems and re-actively respond to banker queries. Similarly, proactively call customers to inform them about the requirements and confirm details.
Relationship Management ability with bankers and customers
Respond to Customer inquiries and problem escalations
