We have urgent opening for the position of Desktop Support Engineer for Mumbai location.  

Job Location: Mumbai

Experience: 6 Month and more  

Installation / re-installation, upgrades and patches for desktops.
Installation and Configuration of Softwares installations such as MS-Office, Acrobat Reader, mail client etc.
Installation, Configuration and Trouble Shooting of Mail Clients ( MS outlook & outlook express.
Installation , Configuration and Trouble Shooting of MS Office Applications, Antivirus.
Clients - (Symantec, Kaspersky, Macafee etc ).
Working knowledge on ghost casting server. Creating of images and deploying of images in the other machines.
Installation and migration of Thin Clients.
Configuration of Avaya, CISCO and Nortel IP Phones.
Daily Tape backup and hub room maintenance.
Provide hardware level break fix solution to Desktop, Printer problems, basic LAN &   Server support Issues.
Troubleshoot Network connectivity (LAN) issues.
Installation, Configuration and Trouble Shooting of Local and Work Group Printing.
Good knowledge of Remote Management Tool and application.
Configuration of Print devices (network and local) on desktops.
Installation of anti-virus on desktops and maintaining AV Definition till date on all the systems in the network.
Installation, Configuration and Trouble Shooting of USB peripherals, Multimedia devices.
Configuration of Avaya phones and Nortel phones for the user.
  Notes:

Candidate should be graduate
They should have more than 50% in 10th/ 12th/ BA/BCom/BCA/or other
BE/Btech is not preferable
