Core/Required Skill Sets:
Strong programming capabilities with the following technologies
Linux Administration (CentOS, Gentoo, Debian and Ubuntu).
Strong troubleshooting skills on Linux and Mailing Applications.
Core system level knowledge (Linux Concepts, file systems, ACLs, system optimization, etc)
Extensive knowledge in web hosting (Apache, nginx), mail hosting (exim, postfix), DNS (bind), DHCP (dhcpd).
Good exposure in Linux based control panels like WHM/cPanel, Plesk etc.
Good knowledge in Network fundamentals and in Linux based network routers. Sound working knowledge of network infrastructure and operations, including switching, routing, Ethernet, TCP/IP.
Strong foundation in any Linux scripting language like BASH/Python/Perl
Strong knowledge in versioning system like GIT & SVN .
Job Responsibilities:-
Should have experience in troubleshooting Web servers, Databases server, Mail servers and DNS
Responsible for modifying, maintaining backup structure of all the servers
Responsible for on performing network troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common network problems.
Willingness to be available whenever there is need relating to the servers and troubleshooting of network infrastructure.
Co-ordinating with datacenter and UK counter parts for explaining the problems and giving possible solutions.
Ability to understand and contribute to design considerations such as scalability, performance, redundancy and automation.

Vulnerability Analysis, Penetration Testing and Report generation.
Work within a team to design and implement enterprise class security solutions.
Responsible for network/desktop maintenance of the client workstations and office networks

Should review the application installed and exposed to the external network and come out with proper security recommendation
