Responsibilities:- 1.Give permanent Fix to the Desktop, Printer problems, basic LAN & server support issues, Max one Year. 2.Remote Call Closure within Norms 3.Follow-up the Checklist(s) 4.Load/reload standard build operating system & configurations, 5.Aware of Installation & Troubleshooting of critical applications & their usage guidelines, 6.Participate in new application support workshops, in DR related activities and in Preventive Maintenance activities 7.Root Cause Analysis for repeat calls. 8.All the Desktop (Including standalone PCs) shall be updated with the Latest Antivirus pattern. Raise timely alert and take immediate action to mitigate any virus outbreak 9.Data submission for Daily, Weekly & Monthly summary report 10.For AMC case follows up with Wipro spare coordinators for callclosure, With Supervisor approval provides Standby solution to the user. 11.Call logging & follow-up action with the principal Vendors (IBM &Dell) for warranty related incidents keeping helpdesk informed. 12.Troubleshoot and resolve incidents (Hardware and Software) relatedto desktop and associated peripherals 13.Troubleshoot Network connectivity (LAN) issues.
