2. System formatting/ Installing the anti-virus drivers and softwares and manage troubleshooting calls and Configuring and troubleshooting of Outlook Express and Microsoft Outlook
3. To manage Hardware/ Software and networking problems.
4. Ability to analyse the troubleshooting and close the assigned calls in a limited time frame.
5. Should be ready for Field Support .
6. Graduation is mandatory with 01 -02 yrs of experience in the related field.
