Job Profile:
Good Experience on HP Servers hardware- Blade Server hardware maintenance, installing different cards in servers,
mounting the servers, Basics of N/W, OS, Sever hardware assembling, setting up rack mount building.
Handles all type of server performance issues some common performance issues and Troubleshooting on below issues:
Server Hang
Slow Performance Issue.
Memory Dumps
Backup VSS
Booting Issues
Hardware troubleshooting
RAID configuration
Disk & File system
Basic knowledge of Active Directory, DC as well as network .
Required Skill:
Maintain and service Server hardware equipment (primarily mid to high-end)
Escalated issues. Provide Technical support and assistance to end users to solve IT
(Software/Hardware/Application) issues Experience on HP Server
Hardware- Blade Server
2) Desktop Support Engineer :
Exp : 3years
Job Profile:
Installing operating system.
Troubleshooting day to day problems of Users related to OS (Win Xp Professional), Microsoft Office 2003 (Word, Excel).
Maintenance of PC's & laptop up gradation and installation etc.
Creation & Management of various User Accounts and Groups.
Should be ready to work in rotational shifts.
