Job Description:
Provide 1st & 2nd level support on phone, remote support tools or desk side methods.
Provide 2nd level support on phone or by using remote support tools ( If reqd ).
Undertake New Installations of PCs, Phones, Peripherals office equipment, and Software.
Undertake simple patching, connectivity or networking tasks.
Undertake office moves, single units or small/medium project based moves.
Undertake windows office product, OS configuration & fault finding.
Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot XP, Windows 7 and Microsoft Office and any other authorized desktop applications
Provide End user Support on Outlook, Internet, Antivirus and VPN
Education & Experience:
Graduate with Microsoft or CISCO certification.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT support
Certification or Knowledge on ITIL / ITSM is mandatory
Worked on IT Service Management Tool
Willing to Travel within UK and to Europe on need basis
Knowledge & Skills
Soft skills, Good communication skills and Team Player
Good desktop level troubleshooting & basic level knowledge on Desktop/Laptops, Networks & OS ( Windows/Linux ), Printers, and VPN
A solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, cabling and other network fundamentals
