Job Description
-Should have Lotus notes troubleshooting experience
- Troubleshooting of Desktop / Laptop
- Basic knowledge of All types of printer
- Basic knowledge of LAN structured Cabling
- Must have working experience in win XP and WIN 7 environment
- Experience of working with Mozilla and Outlook mail client
- Manage service requests, software installations, new computer setups, upgrades, etc.
