Human Resources
HR FLCL
1. Responsible for leading all the human resource functions.
2. Provide HR strategic services to drive employee performance in order to maximize business results.
3. Ensure organizational effectiveness through proper alignment of resources, processes, structure and culture with business strategies.
4. Work collaboratively with business leaders to deliver innovative HR solutions and approaches focused on driving the success of their business.
5. Continuously assess and monitor the organization's progress toward attaining short- and long-term objectives, and design and implement programs and processes that further those goals.
6. Be a business partner in overall strategic business planning and consultant to line managers on various HR issues.
Recruitment
1. Conduct walk-ins for recruiting EMTs, Pilots and EROs.
2. Report generation post walk ins.
3. Coordinate with operations team for conducting recruitment drives.
4. Ensuring medical check up and certificates before offer letter generation.
5. Conducting telephonic interviews for first level screening.
6. Interface with all the departments (FLCBs) to understand their resource requirement. RRF tracker management.
7. Position wise tracker to capture number of candidates interviewed for any particular role.
8. Interfacing with respective FLCLs for coordinating interviews.
9. Informing the status of recruitment process to short listed or rejected candidates & update the same to FLCLs.
10. Web site updation or e- support updation about current openings.
11. Downloading CVs from job portals and other sources.
12. Involving in man power planning meetings.
13. Responsible for Job description document updation.
14. RRF tracker management.
15. File management with short-listed, rejected and on hold candidates.
16. Maintaining internal referral tracker.
17. Gathering information through various sources with regards to market compensation structures and offerings.
18. Relationship management with consultants for sourcing the candidates.
19. Follow up with finance for payments for consultants.
20. Offer negotiations with the candidates.
21. Post-offer follow up with the candidates.
22. Managing the man power planning tracker.
23. Process documentation of all the process related with recruitment and should ensure any update to be reflected in e-QMS.
24. Coordinate with marketing team for print advertisements.


Administration (Personnel Management)
1. Weekly Attendance Consolidation.
2. Interfacing with administrative officers in the district head quarters.
3. Process documentation of all the processes relevant to Personnel management and responsible for any updation of the process in e-QMS.
4. Providing monthly attendance data to finance pay roll team.
5. Associate Data base management.
6. Monthly report generation with regards to manpower status.
7. Facilitating internal transfers.
8. Postings for EMTs & Pilots after preparatory training.
9. Joining formalities for new joinees.
10. Offer letters generation.
11. Confirmation & extension letter generation.
12. Handling queries related with Leave balance.
13. Orientation on HR policies to new joinees.
14. Generation of relieving letters after validating the relevant NOCs.
15. Responsible for Full and Final Settlement process.
16. Communicating to N&S team with regards to ID generation for new joinees and ID deletion of separated associates.
17. Interfacing with CS team for work station allocation for new joinees.
18. Food coupons and vouchers disbursement to eligible associates.
19. Associate personal files management.
20. Interfacing with HRMS team.
21. Taking initiatives to sensitize associates about HR policies & benefits.
22. Capturing the nominations of dependants for Medical insurance.
23. Medical cards disbursements to associates.
24. Follow up with insurance organization for closure of pending payments.


Performance Management Coordinator
1. Rolling out the annual performance appraisal process.
2. Process documentation of PA process and responsible for process updates to reflect in e-QMS.
3. Interfacing with various FLCBs for PIP generation & implementation.
4. Coordinating with FLCLs to set KPIs for respective roles in each FLCB.
5. Taking initiatives to sensitize associates about PMS.
6. Competency model orientation periodically.
7. Facilitating the process of TNA along with T&D team.
8. Initiating confirmation process for probationers.


Associate Relations (Grievance & Disciplinary Handling)
1. Handling grievances and disciplinary action across organization.
2. Conducting investigations in accordance with managements requirement.
3. Conducting investigations based on the complaints received.
4. Interfacing with PCR Cell & verifying PCR forms as part of investigation.
5. Orientation sessions to New Joinees / Refresher batches (EMTs/Pilots & EROs) with regards to grievance handling process.
6. Issuing of warning letters.
7. Validation of warning letters issued by field team.
8. Validation of medical leaves as submitted by associates.
9. Coordination with CFMS team for capturing the caller concerns.
10. Investigation along with CFMS team.
11. Resolving disciplinary issues as raised by EML team.
12. Coordinating with external legal consultant.
13. Counseling sessions for failed EMTs under training.
14. Monthly & quarterly attrition report generation.
15. Monthly disciplinary issue report generation to National team.
16. Weekly report on disciplinary issues to Operations.
17. Consolidating & validating the no dues for separated associates.
18. Authorized signatory for PF form.
19. Process documentation of Grievance & disciplinary process and responsible for any further updation in e-QMS.
20. Interfacing with IS team/ National team for automation of Grievance handling process in HRMS.
21. Updating of New Cases into CFMS in the prescribed format.
22. Representing HR in CASH committee.
23. Takes initiative to manage attrition.
24. Validates for reinstating the absconding associate.
25. Issue handling for in case of insufficient documents provided by New Joinee.
26. Handling inter FLCB complaints/issues.
27. Counseling associates in case of work related concerns.
28. Issuing show cause notice for absconding associates & follow up on the same.
29. Issuing termination letters and maintaining the files of the same.
Associate Relations (Rewards & Events for Associate Engagement)
1. Mailing introductory mails for new joinees.
2. Sending birth day greetings to the associates.
3. Conducting cultural & sports events for engaging associates.
4. Coordinates induction program end to end.
5. Coordinates monthly, quarterly and annual rewards & recognitions.
6. Process documentation of Rewards & recognitions process and responsible for any updation in e-QMS.
7. Interfaces with field team for gathering the nominations for Rewards.
8. Facilitates decision making of committee for rewards & recognitions.
9.Facilitates the resolution of issues in CASH committee.
10.Frequent communication with regards to Work place etiquette.
11.Conducts events or workshops aiming at associate welfare.
12.Interfaces with marketing team for facilitating the design of Associate rewards & certificates.
13.Responsible for rolling out ADI survey & also other surveys capturing associate satisfaction.
