Job Description Minimum Education: BSc, MSc, BE/B. tech or ME/M. tech in Computer Engineering
Desired Certification MCTS: SQL Server 2008&MCITP on Windows Server 2008, CCNA/CCNP/MCSE
Desired Profile The ideal candidate should possess a working knowledge of integrating software applications in a Windows environment for use in contact centers, including:
Experience in supporting and installing various contact center applications loggers, analytical products, reporting platforms etc.
Experience in deploying and troubleshooting Windows OS XP/2008 and SQL 2008/2012
Experience in installing & supporting with analytical products e.g. Nice Speech, Callminer, Calabrio etc. Experience on these platforms will be an added advantage.
Basic understanding of software and hardware development life cycle: requirements, design, code, qualification, integration, and testing
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required along with well-developed competencies in Action Orientation, Customer Focus, Problem Solving, and Planning.
Ability to do Lab simulation of problem reported and interoperability testing if appropriate
Action plan creation and description based on information gathered during problem isolation
Support Application Consultants during demos, presales cycle and project deployment.
