Technical Skills (Must Have):
3+ years of relevant work experience in related area and increasing responsibility.
Industry certification related to Cisco based IP Telephony, Cisco Based Contact Centre. IPCC, PABX, voice system; routers, security, operating systems, etc. are desirable.
Cisco Voice Certification. CCNP / CCNA
Requires an advanced level of competency in complex voice technologies, networking technologies, and international standards. Specially Cisco IP Telephony and deep experience with infrastructure migrations from the legacy to IPTel (Cisco based) technology.
Good leadership, communications, and facilitation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced customer focused corporate environment.
Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
Self-directed, detail-oriented with strong technical, people, and project management/leadership skills.
Strong effective communications skills (verbal and written).
Ability to maintain/build effective working relationships.
Experience with Microsoft Windows based platform (including Microsoft Word and Excel).
Bachelor degree or higher in a technical discipline

Maintain strategic understanding of existing infrastructure and its relationship to business.
Drive Roll-Out of IP Telephony, IPCC.
Ensure optimal voice network design, adherence to policies and the global standards.
Deployment Vendor teams to proactively plan, manage implementation of voice services and network for in AP and globally.
Act as Project Manager for complex voice technology design, voice network design and PoC implementations.
Ensure compliance with international regulatory requirements.
Maintain productive relationships with suppliers of telecoms products, services to increase knowledge about new network services and equipment including Cisco Systems.
Provide technical and management support to peers.
Some travel may be required.
Work outside of normal business hours will be necessary.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously with critical deadlines
