Hands on experience on Cisco Switches and Should have sound knowldge of network technologies / topoliges
Should have experience in installaion and troubleshooting of Windows 2003 and 2008 Servers, Windows XP & 7
Should have working knowledge of DHCP / DNS, RIS, AD, Office 2010, 2007, 2003 with Handson experience on Microsoft Outlook, SCCM and WSUS.
Knowledge of Backup and restore using Backup Exec, should have hands on exp on HP Tape drive/ Library
Should have practical knowledge of installation of Rack and Blade servers (HP)
Troubleshooting and Maintainance for Windows Desktop clients.
Troubleshooting and maintenance of network devices, hands on experience on crimping & cabling
Troubleshooting and Maintainance for Printers / Scanners or other network devices
Knowledge of Proxy, Firewall, SCOM will be an added advantage
Knowledge of Helpdesk and asset management will add value to the desired candidate
Knowledge of SCCM Packaging is desireable.
