WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Directly interface with employees who are having a technical issue with their laptop, desktop, mobile device or peripheral.
Setting up new laptops, desktops, peripherals as well as configuring mobile devices to work with corporate data.
Setting up online accounts with various third-party SaaS solutions e.g. Salesforce, Google Apps.
Creating users accounts for Exchange, Active Directory including moving users and objects into proper OUs and security groups.
Lead projects to improve workplace efficiency and to deploy new software.
Recommend new products, ideas and procedures based on presentable documentation.
Communicate effectively in-person, over the phone, through e-mail and instant message.
Comfort working under deadlines and on call-rotation in a fast-paced environment.
WHAT WILL YOU NEED?
2+ years experience in a technical support / system administration role.
Excellent verbal and written American English.
Knowledge of Android & iPhone.
Expertise in using and supporting Windows 7 Professional, Office 2010 Professional.
Experience with all of the above job descriptions in a fast paced environment.
