Job Description Quick Heal Technologies, India's leading anti virus company is looking for technology driven professionals for Tech Support Enggs (L1) at Pune Branch.

Designation : Tech Support Engg ( Email and Chat )

Level : L 1

Location : Pune

Note: Only Male Candidates

Primary Responsibility:

-Technical Support to Quick Heal customers for all Quick Heal products through Email and Chat .
-The queries reported need to be analysed precisely and required to be replied accurately and in time.
-Ability to understand technical problems & guide the customers or escalating the case to other department with analysed observations.
-Strong observation and analytical skills to troubleshoot the virus problems.
-Strong conceptual knowledge and problem reporting skills.
-Call Center experience will be added advantage.
-Willingness to work in rotational shifts .
-Excellent skills of communicating in English language , with correct grammar.

Desired Profile - Any Graduate/ Post Graduate with minimum 1 years experience in Trobleshooting & networking.
-Should have excellent written Communication Skill
-Must be currently handling L1 Tech Support .
-- Excellent Troubleshooting & Networking skills.
- Must have a 2 wheeler
-- Male candidates only.
